Diane Herzog is a pediatric nurse and Director of Care Management at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. She graduated as a diploma RN from the The Christ Hospital School of Nursing after receiving her BS in Natural Science from Xavier University in Cincinnati. While developing her pediatric practice she received her MSN and MBA from Xavier University prior to transitioning into quality improvement work. After nearly a decade as a Quality Outcome Manager, she began working with international patients and providers while collaborating in the development of the Destination Excellence department at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. She has since accepted the additional oversight for the Care Management department, responsible for inpatient, ambulatory as well as international complex care coordination.
