Welcome! I'm Dasheka a diligent and enthusiastic leader of 2 years and with over 18 years of Registered Nurse experience. I am committed to leveraging my clinical background to address health equity issues that adversely affect patient care experiences and outcomes. I am a currently working on the DNP in Organizational Leadership to create a more inclusive healthcare environment through training and development programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
