I am a seasoned nurse with 21 years of clinical experience, including 18 years in progressive leadership roles from charge nurse to director. My background includes 15 years in women's services, as well as experience in oncology, and med-surg nursing. Currently, I serve as a Float Pool RN at Cullman Regional Medical Center in Cullman, Alabama.
I'm passionate about empowering others to reach their goals, advocating for patients, and creating positive, compassionate health care experiences. I hold a BSN and am pursuing a Master's in Nursing Leadership and Management, with expected graduation in February 2026.
