Passionate about making sure nurse have what they need to succeed! Have spent several years at bedside in Telemetry and PCU surgical setting before transitioning to leadership as a unit supervisor and eventually a house administrator. Have been an Associate Director over several nursing resource departments including the crisis team, transfer center, interpreters, IV team and departure lounge. Most recently have been the Associate Director in Capacity Mangement over central staffing and modified duty.
