I am a NNP‑BC with 18 years of nursing experience, including 10 years as an RN in the ED, labor and delivery, and NICU, and eight years as a neonatal nurse practitioner, with one year in a lead role. I am currently enrolled in a DNP program and I am transitioning into a nurse manager position overseeing a women’s and newborn service and am focused on developing strong frontline leadership skills, advancing quality and safety initiatives, and supporting high-performing clinical teams. Through AONL mentorship, I hope to deepen my leadership capabilities and broaden my systems-level perspective.
