Joy is a doctorally prepared, board certified executive nurse leader whose sole purpose is to unleash the brilliance in nurses so they can transform the practice of nursing.
She is passionate about the professional practice of nursing, coaching/mentoring nurses and nurse leaders, and designing exemplary environments. Utilizing knowledge learned from the specialty areas of nursing administration/leadership, academia, and ambulatory care, Joy engages, influences, and builds nursing and interprofessional teams to achieve work culture transformation.
Joy loves spending time at the beach, listening to classical music, and hanging out with family and friends.
