Deborah Terry is the President of The Nash Group, a leading healthcare consulting & advisory group. The Nash Group was featured on American Medical Review and on CNBC for their work in aligning hospital operations with clinical goals and financial imperatives.
Deborah has more than 30 years of nursing and human resources experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing & Psychology from Elmhurst College, and a Masters degree in Nursing and Healthcare Business Administration from Xavier University. She also has earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
She was appointed to the Editorial Board of Issues in Health Care Law, Ethics and Regulation and has published several articles including, “Effective Employee Relations in Reengineered Organizations” in the Journal of Nursing Administration. Deborah is also a member of Lewis University’s Healthcare Leadership Advisory Board.
Deborah served as a grant advisory board member for the Johnson & Johnson, Promise of Nursing for Illinois Foundation and she is a frequent guest lecturer at Northwestern University, Chicago, Illinois.
She is active in the American Organization of Nurse Executives, the Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration and the Society for Human Resource Management. Voted the 2012 Who’s Who in America Entrepreneur of the Year.
