Patient centered care, quality outcomes, and team development are my passion. Developing trusting relationships with all ancillary personnel, utilizing evidence based practice, and empowering nurses in the ICU setting drives patient care and outcomes. Patients and families are at the center of everything we do. Our care team of nursing professionals see patients and families through their most difficult journeys. Our nurses are highly competent and empathetic as our patients have multiple medical needs ranging from Open Heart Surgery, ECMO, STEMI, Invasive neurological devices, and post Level One Trauma with multiple injuries to name a few. We are passionate about what we do not just at work but also by supporting the community through volunteering and outreach. I am honored to be part of this awesome team!
