I have been at OHSU my entire nursing career, starting as a new graduate nurse in the Cardiovascular ICU. I was at the bedside for 20+ years and helped create our Rapid Response Team in 2005! I made the jump to leadership in 2016, first as the Manager of our RRT, then as the Assistant Nurse Manager of the CVICU at the very start of the COVID pandemic, and then as the Nurse Manager of the CVICU in 2024.
