I am a nurse leader with over 20 years of experience dedicated to elevating nursing practice, fostering professional growth, and championing quality care. I currently serve as the Pathway Program Director for Atrium Health Cleveland and Kings Mountain, where I help lead efforts around professional governance, teammate well-being, and nursing quality initiatives.
My nursing journey began back in 2005, and from the start, I knew this was more than a job—it was a calling. I entered this field to make a difference in people’s lives and to be a voice for patients and teammates alike.
What drives me every day is the opportunity to help create a supportive environment where nurses feel empowered, seen, and valued. I’ve led projects like our C.A.R.E. Closet, which provides food and hygiene essentials for teammates in need, and I love connecting big ideas with practical solutions that support both our teams and the communities we serve.
